DONATION INFORMATION
WHAT WOULD YOU GIVE TO A FRIEND?
We are exercising a high standard of judgment for donations so that we can better serve those who need our help. Most of our clients have jobs and children who go to school. Please consider our basic principle: give us only those items you would consider giving to a friend. Thank you for your continued support and thoughtfulness.Your generosity is the lifeblood of Person-to-Person. Our clients need and appreciate your donations of clothing, household supplies and furniture.
Our donation policy must comply with health code requirements. By following it, you help reduce both the time and fees to cart away donated goods that cannot be used.
We will not accept lawn, leaf or garbage bags of clothes. We need seasonal clothing that is in good condition (without stains, rips or tears), recently washed or dry cleaned and not more than ten years old.
